Tracey Battle

Tracey earned her B.S. in Electronic Media Journalism from North Carolina A & T State

University. Following her undergraduate achievements, she continued her education, earning a

Master’s at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in Urban Education. Throughout her

continued passion for education, Tracey has had the pleasure to transform school culture and

achievements across the nation as a teacher and school leader. Over the past five years of

educational leadership, Tracey has focused her efforts on providing optimal support to students

focusing on the social-emotional needs, trauma-sensitive practices, and restorative justice to

change the narrative regarding student success.
